Stereo Matrix Signal Source
The Matrix has level and pan controls sourcing signals
from the Left, Right and Mono outputs, the eight Groups,
and a dedicated external input. The signal may be sourced
pre- or post- fader as determined by front panel switches
within the individual source sections.
Dual Aux / Stereo Matrix
Master Modules
This set of four modules features master controls for Auxiliary and
Matrix outputs. Each module is fitted with reconfiguration switches to
change input module dual concentric Aux controls from dual mono to
stereo level/pan functions. This enables stereo Aux mixes to be created for
use with “in-ear” type monitor systems or any other application where a
discretely generated stereo output mix is required. In addition, each module
contains a Stereo Output Matrix system. This is created from each of the
console’s primary outputs using level and pan controls plus external input.
Stereo Matrix Section
In FOH applications, this section provides Stereo Matrix mixes (Sub-Sub mixes) for desired
locations. In Monitor applications, it can be used to create generic stereo mixes for various stage
locations (e.g. horn or backing vocal sections) feeding stereo speaker systems or “in-ear” type
monitors. It can be customized for an individual performer by combining with an external patch
from selected individual input module’s direct output coupled to the matrix module’s external
input, and adjusting to the unique mix requirements.
